At some point, Zachary German’s domain name zacharygerman.com expired. He has not re-registered it. His blog zacharygerman.blogspot.com appears to still be active, but no posts have been made since July 4, 2011.
Zachary German’s radio show Shitty Youth (formed after the end of his previous radio show Every Time A Cop Gets Killed I Throw A Party Radio) has ended. His Mediafire account, mediafire.com/killcops2, which hosted recordings of his radio shows, seems to have disappeared. Direct links to files, such as this one to “Shitty Youth 11,” appear to work, so maybe the account has simply been made private.
Zachary German’s popular Formspring formspring.me/killcops2 has been disabled. His alternate Formspring, formspring.me/killcops3, still exists but seems to be dormant, with no updates for 10 months.
On November 9, 2011, Zachary German tweeted from his primary Twitter account, @apathyiscool, “GUESS THIS IS MY LAST TWEET.” He has not tweeted since. He has not tweeted from his alternate Twitter account, @apathyis2cool, since August 4, 2011.
Long-abandoned is his blog listing upcoming and previous events yeaheventskillyourself.blogspot.com.
Zachary German’s short-lived Wordpress zacharygerman.wordpress.com, attested here, has been deleted.
The domain name for Zachary German’s defunct poetry press the name of this band is the talking heads, thenameofthisbandisthetalkingheads.com, has expired and been registered by someone else. It is now a blog of some unknown genre.
The domain name for the Eat When You Feel Sad blog, eatwhenyoufeelsad.com, has also lapsed. It has been registered and repurposed as one of those link sites, bearing the caption “What you need, when you need it.” The blog itself, eatwhenyoufeelsad.blogspot.com, still exists, but the links are all broken. The blog links to videos of people eating quietly, as either promotion for or an extension of Zachery German’s novel. The latest contribution, from David Gutowski, has been listed as “coming soon” for about 20 months.
Zachary German’s ongoing performance art piece untitled performance art piece (in which he deletes one of his Facebook friends at random every day, without adding any new friends, until he has zero friends, at which point he deletes his Facebook account, facebook.com/killcops, the following day) is projected to terminate on October 9, 2012.
The 2011 installment of his books i read series seems to be active. However, it appears that someone is cybersquatting on the next installment’s URL, booksireadin2012.blogspot.com. There is no knowing how this will affect the livelihood of the project.
Zachary German’s purchases blog, thingswhatibought.blogspot.com, seems to be active, although it hasn’t been updated since August 9, 2011.
Zachary German’s Youtube and Vimeo seem to be active, but have low activity.
Zachary German’s new Tumblr zacharygermannewtumblr.tumblr.com is quite active.
